These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SecureLink website at securelink.lk and the purchase of our products and services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“SecureLink”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SecureLink of No 92, Kandawatta Road, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. “You” and “your” refer to the user or customer.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, Services and Quotations
We provide security products, installation, and monitoring services. Product descriptions, specifications, and quotations are provided in good faith but may be subject to change. Quotations are valid for the period stated.
4. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and, where stated, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods before dispatch or installation, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing safe access and a suitable environment for installation.
6. Returns, Warranty and Cancellations
Products may carry a manufacturer or SecureLink warranty as specified at the point of sale. Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our then-current policy and applicable consumer law. Custom-configured or installed items may not be returnable.
7. Monitoring and Security Services
Our monitoring and security services are designed to reduce risk and support rapid response. However, no security system or monitoring service can guarantee the prevention of all incidents, intrusions, loss, or damage. Service availability may depend on power, internet, cellular networks, and third-party infrastructure beyond our control. Specific service levels are set out in your service agreement.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to SecureLink and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SecureLink harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products, services, or website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
